- All item sold online will be shipped using normal post. For Poslaju (express), kindly contact +6012 392 5533 Jansen Lee before purchase.
- All item sold is new as it is and never been opened before and IT Toys Line wont be liable for any manufacturing defect, missing parts and loose joints.
- All item sold is not exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Please do not buy online and request to self-collect item from shop front.
Pre-order :
- Please produce the pre-order slip during collection of pre-order item. As a security measure, IT Toys Line shall not release any item without pre-order slip. IT Toys Line shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to the loss or mishandling of pre-order slip.
- All pre-order must be collected within two (2) weeks from the date of notification by IT Toys Line. Failing so, IT Toys Line reserves the rights not to fulfill the pre-order of uncollected item.
- IT Toys Line reserves the right not fulfill the pre-order in any event IT Toys supplier did not fulfill our pre-order quantity.
- Full payment of pre-order will be fulfilled based on first come first serve basis
- All pre-order is not exchangeable with any other merchandise and non-refundable.
- Pre-Order price are subjected to price revision according to forex exchange and is quoted as tentative pricing only.
